A New Year. . .A New Blog

Okay. It's been almost a month since I last posted anything on here. Pathetic, huh. But I've been super busy, and working a lot. And being super busy while working! LOL. I love my job, which is a good thing, cause it seems that is where I'm usually at these days. It's super hard being gone from the home that much, but the income is helping out a lot, so I can't really complain. My clientel is slowly building, but I've already had a couple of repeat clients, which, after only working there since the beginning of November is really good.

So, for Christmas, my awesome, sweet, hot, very cool husband told Santa about this AWESOME camera I've been wanting FOREVER! I think I must have been super good this year, because that is what I opened. It's a canon digital rebel xti slr camera. . .meaning, that it's like the old professional 35mm cameras with the interchangeable lenses, but it's digital and does all these super cool things. In fact, I'm still learning how to use it. It takes awesome photos in the auto mode, but what is the point of shooting in auto if it has all the manual functions too? So, I might be enrolling in a photography class at the college this spring. So, if any one wants their photo taken, give me a call! I need models to build up my portfolio. . .(I'm hoping to do photography on the side for a little extra mullah)

Let's see. . . .Joshua is just too dang cute these days. I am amazed at his learning capacity and speed. He is almost too smart to handle some days. I am so blessed to have him in my life. My world would not be the same with out him!
