Wednesday

Check out time was 11 o'clock and Joshua actually slept in till 10:30 today-something he NEVER does! So, we had to be pretty quick in packing up all our things.

Once we were checked out, we went to Denny's for Breakfast since Joshua was serious about wanting some food NOW! He must have been starving, cause he ate THREE pancakes! That is a lot for a little guy! The drive home was a beautiful one. I loved all the cool looking cacti that don't grow in California (The only kind you see in cartoons). Joshua was pretty good too. We only had to pull over once after he dropped his binkie and I couldn't reach it. He totally freaked out, but was completely fine after we remedied the situation.

(Note: Joshua was completely binkie free for about a month 3 or 4 months ago until he found one that was stashed behind the piano. He was teething at that time and his binkie was the ONLY thing that calmed him down, so \we caved and let him have it. Now, he is so completely attached to the the dang thing that I fear that all heck will break free when we try to get rid of it again. . .)

The only thing I hate about coming home from a vacation is all the laundry and unpacking involved. Ick! Vacation laundry is the worst. . .
